Rejecting short sales leads to bigger losses

Banks are rejecting short sales for various reasons, mainly because they do not want to be sued by the investors.

John Woodall, a real estate agent who works only with short sellers, has kept a list of homes that were rejected by the banks as a short sale, only to be later sold for less as a bank-owned home.

If you want to sell your house as a short sale in San Diego, please call John. I refer all my short sale leads out to him. If you are a buyer, make sure the listing agent is an experienced short sale listing agent, to have any chance of getting the deal closed!
