Instructions for Subscribing
Enter your e-mail address below to start your premium subscription.
You will be billed automatically every 3 months, until you cancel your subscrption. Cancelling is easy: use the "Cancel Subscription" button below.
We do not issue refunds during the initial 3 months, due to the wide range of information that you will access, which we feel is worth at least $24.
We need your email address so we can email you a username and password.
Note: Premium subscribers receive complimentary admission for the March 2008 seminar.
